Q: how much weight can i gain in a month from drinking weigh powder food supplement. Like, i've been trying to gain weight,so i eat a regular meal, then i drink the supplement. do you guys know how much weight i would gain in a month. i'm trying to gain 10 pounds.

No idea about how long, there are tons of other factors. My game plan is as follows
- Eliminate cardio for a few week
- Focus on weight training
- Focus on a good calorie intact with carbs, protein and fiber
Usually, within three months, I can about 10 pounds...

Q: I've been overweight my entire life. This is something that makes me feel like a total loser and it makes me sad and gross. I'm 14 now and weigh close to 200 lbs. I'm actually a shapely person (meaning i'm close to a bottomheavy hourglass) so I feel liek I look "decent" most of the time... but overall i feel like a fatass and that's all I'll ever be. The thing is it's hard for me to stick to a diet and keep the weight off or even lower. I do a strenuous dance class every week for 2 hours. I really don't even eat that much at all. I don't eat fatening foods either like junk food, carbs, candy, etc.
why is it that I CANT loose weight? I want to be attractive and surprisingly i AM pretty. I've been told several times how gorgeous I am but I feel like I could be so much prettier without all this weight and it's like there is no getting rid of it.

Don't diet, just moderate. Keep smaller bowls and plates in the house and use that to serve yourself.
Smaller servings, smaller calories. Smaller calories + your dance class eventually will equal weight loss.

Q: is joining a gym extremely expensive? i've been asking my parents if i could join it for a year or two now. i know for a fact that i'm not going to join it and waste it and not go. i'm athetic and push myself, but i can't seem to convice them to actually take me to join. i think it has to do with the price. i'm thinking about joining either by myself or getting my mom to join with me. i'm thinking about worlds gym, if that's a chain and anybody else is a member too- but how expensive are gym memberships usually around?

However, depending on your age - you can get a part time job at a gym and you can work out for free.

Q: ok well im a female im 5'6" and my weight is about 115.. does that make me underwieght or overweight or what? cuz personally i think im fat but my friends tell me im skinny i want to diet but im afraid i might become anerexic or somthing. Soo what do you think.

ToneTeen has a BMI calculator to see if you're under/healthy/over-weight. You are healthy. And healthy = Good.
Guess what? Most of us think we're fat. But have you really looked? Is it just one part of your body that makes you feel that way. (For me, it was my stomach...)

Serious though, more curves -> more attention with guys -> making out/sex.
And honestly, if you get to that last step - the guy isn't going to stop and say you need to be bigger.

Q: i really want to lose weight. but i'm lazy and won't do anything. any advice on foods to eat, HOW TO ABSTAIN FROM EATING ICE CREAM, OTHER FATTY FOODS, ETC. and exercises to do that aren't strenuous and you don't have to go anywhere to do them? i'd go for walks but it's cold outside.

You're lazy and won't do anything? First step: Change your attitude. Say you're active and you'll try anything.
Don't obstain from your favorite foods - you'll never stay away. Instead focus on portion control.
As for excersie, inside the house you can run in place, jump rope or anything that requires movment (hm, vacuum?)

Q: hi.
i'm 13 years old and i'm about 5'5". yet i weigh about 200 pounds. i am really overweight, i know. a lot of it seems like muscle, because i am really strong. but i really wanna loose weight because i am getting stretch marks everywhere and i sweat like crazy. i leave sweat marks on my chairs at schooland it's so embarassing!
i play basketball every winter and ive done track and field, gymnastics, cheerleading, football, and soccer. but even if i do sports i can't seem to loose weight.
it's not a thiroid problem either because i've already had those tests done. i eat healthy too. i have multi-grain bars for breakfast and lunch and for dinner i usually have some kind of meat with some sort of side dish.
i really need to loose weight because i have a really important dance at the end of the year and i want to look really good in my dress.
please give me advice, i really really need advice on how to loose weight!!

Basically, keep track of the calories you eat now. Some prcossed foods are high in calories. Try too shoot for 1500-2000 calories a day.
Next, monited your heartrate. The faster your heart moves, the more calories you burn.
The move you move, combine with a managed meal plan - will help you to lose weight.
