Welcome. My name is Michelle, my birthday is 6/25/1995. It seems as if I ask more questions then give answers. However I'm always happy to help. My mother has a temper, my sister is insensitive, my brother is oblivious, and my father doesn't comprehend.

I'm just a girl looking for a place where I belong.

I'm trying to grow out my hair, so I've tried to reduce the amount of heat I use on my hair. Some nights before bed, I braid my hair (while it's still wet so it will be wavy the next morning). In the mornings, I used my wet to dry hair straightener to dry the braids before I take them out. Could this be damaging my hair? Thanks in advance for all answers! :) (link)
my boyfriend has rather long hair too and hes more careful about it then i am! haha
anyway, i have curly hair so my hair is rather delicate i know a rather large amount of info on hair care

now, doing what you are is actually doubling the damage. Just dont straighten it. Dont do it.

braiding your hair does lengthen it since it tugging on the roots, but on a daily basis (or constantly) WILL damamge your hair, split ends and dry ends. Heat is so bad too, a keratin treatment is just as bad.
Trim the ends of your hair the one day in the first week of every month, the moon is in its growing phase.
Keep your hair picked up in a ponytail. the tighter the better.

xoxo--Olie
