I'm only giving you the link so that it doesn't look like I'm just copying the question.

I didn't really get what I was looking for.

I'm trying to just get rid of the stupid notifications about how I have a virus from the programs that seem to come from Windows.

Thanks, theymos. I really hope you can help.

Download, install, update, and run a complete scan with MalwareBytes:
http://www.malwarebytes.org/
Remove everything it finds. Restart.

Contact me if the problem persists.

(Rating: 5) Hmm. It went through everything, and it came up with 8 files that were bad, and so I removed them. And it restarted my computer.

The notifications are still coming. =/
