How do I know which downlaod butten to click on each one. The names of the download dont seem to be the name of the product :) HELP ME :)

If it's a DVD video the procedure depends on how your friend burned it. If ImgBurn works and doesn't give you an error, you can use that to make a copy. In that case you can also probably copy/paste the video out from the DVD drive in "My computer" and play them in your media player. If that doesn't work, the procedure is more complicated and you should ask me another question.

If there is only audio on the DVD, you can copy/paste them out from the DVD drive in "My Computer". ImgBurn will also work.
