Hey theymos it's me asknava. How are you doing? My mom asked me a question and I figured you were the guy. Right now we have a website with Godaddy.com, they are the hosts. She want's to know if there is another really good company that has an easy to use program, where she can get a year long deal for less than 100 dollars. They have a program that allows you to design your web site pages. So you don't have to know a lot about codes. Also if we switch companies, will we be able to transfer the info on our old site and will we be able to keep our domain name?

You can keep the domain at GoDaddy or transfer it somewhere else. I recommend Namecheap:

For most people, paid hosting is overkill. 110MB is free, has no advertising, and includes a site builder.

Byethost is also free and ad-free, but it does not include a site builder. You could use a third-party site builder. Byethost has more advanced features than 110MB.
