What does it mean whenever at the bottom of your internet explorer, right obove your time and stuff. where it saids internet, and it has the globe symbol. well next to it, latley i've been getting this picture of a eye with a red negative sign next to it, and i've been wondering what it was. any idea?

It means that cookies have been blocked according to your security settings. The site was trying to track which websites you visit so that they could give you better advertisements, but some software you have installed (Spybot, SpywareTerminator, etc.) prevented it. The site was not trying to attack you, and it was likely caused by advertisements they have rather than by the site itself. Don't worry about it. Don't change anything.
