HEY!! U can call me Nikki Im from that little water state. Im fifteen and a sophmore. I can connect with most teens and their problems but also i think older people need to be open to advice from younger minds as well..so give us a chance. =] I like helping people and giving advice is the one the best ways to help. Ask me anything, i may not always have an answer but ill try. I put in thought and time on the question being asked, something id like people to also do for me. So tell me little pieces of your life and ill see if i can try and put them back together. ;]
advice
so with my clothes on, i look like skinny and fit.
but then when i look at my stomach, its like fat.
i don't eat very healthy or run very often during athletics.
its just the shape of my stomach. like if it was all even i would look skinny.
you can like see my hipbones sticking out i don't know why....?
but then it kinda goes in a little bit, then when it gets to the middle lt like goes out.
and it looks like i'm sucking in even though i'm not.
i don't know why it does this. but its embarresing.
and i have this like red line accros my stomach.
its from like sitting down and i guess from like...rolls? i don't really have rolls.
how do i get it to look normal?
not with running because i can't run.
wow. i was shocked when i read this, because i literally have the same exact problem. skinny but stomach not really.. you can see hip bones but then it goes out and the line.. i know your pain lol. I suggest crunches and situps. I dont suggest dieting.. youll just be annoyed and hungry but definitely exercise for the stomach area.
