Q: So I checked my BMI and I am on the high end of Normal.
All of my friends are fairly small, but all they eat it fast food!
Im not as small, so I have gained a lot of weight this summer.
I need to loose this weight before school because I could be at risk of becomming over weight.
Does anyone know of any quick and healthy ways to take weight off and keep it off?

You can start working out and becoming more active. You also should try the slimfast granola bars and the drinks. They are really good but they don't have as many calories or fats as a normal drink would. Hope this helps.
