What does subscribe-ing do on youtube? Just wondering. Does it cost money? Just what does it do? Are there any advantages of it? Any disadvantages?

when you subscribe to a specific person who is uploading videos to youtube, you will get free notifications whenever that person uploads another video to the site..or els whenever that person chooses to send you links to video that interests him\her to all the subscribers in the persons list...



It's like subscribing to a magazine, whenever a new video comes out on the channel you subscribe to, you will receive an email or a link to that video when you log in to your account.

this is totally free of charge....
