Q: Okay, so my friend and I were ranting about stretchmarks to each other, and how we both have them on our theighs/she has them on her knees, as well. We were both wondering a few things:
Why do we have these, are they normal, and how can we get rid of them?
Also, we're going to the beach with some guy friends in June/July. So, we're both at average weights for our sizes, but we each have what you could call a 'muffin top', or whatever. We've each got muscle under that from doing crunches, so we're not sure what else to do to really help? We'd like to lose the lower belly fat by June or July, so what's something we could quickly do?
