hey there.

i just want to ask you for advice on your first loves. do you remember them? do you remember exactly what it was like? how did you know you were in love for the first time? how old were you? did it work out, if not what happend? details are important to me so please only answer if your passionate about 'first loves'. thanks.

No one ever forgets their first love, and if they do forget then that certainly wasn't their first love! I knew I was in love with this kid, the day I layed eyes on him. So I believe there is such thing as "Love at first sight" , you get this feeling of over-whelming happiness when they come around and you can't help but smile. Nervousness, butterflies in your stomach when they're close to you. First loves, are full of suprises. Sometimes you can't get words out to say to this person, you're just in complete awe, there can be silence even. First love has so much meaning to a person, you don't even have the exact words to describe it. You really can't describe it. And even if it does come to an end for whatever reason, they're your FIRST (and being FIRST always means something) , you'll still get that certain "feeling" of happiness because they were your FIRST. In due time, so whether your in a current relationship with somebody else or not, you're still going to remember your first love.

My story: I was 14 and in 9th grade. He was a friend of one of my best friends and one day he walked beside my bff, and my best friend commented on how he got a hair cut. I looked at him for the first time and I was "OMG, how cute he is! I still didn't make a comment about his cut but we were both smiling at each other and kept looking at each other. Even if we didn't talk, and he had left I felt that instant connection to him. So I asked who he was and she told me. The next day, my bff wanted to introduce us to each other, and when she did all we did was stare at each other and smiled. We never talked, really (lol) but the next thing, he drew me a pic. with my name in it with roses all around it. My name is Rose (so it went with the pic.) I was really suprised, I kept it. After he drew me that pic. he drew roses everywhere literally, he bought me lunch, outta nowhere. Every thing he gave me I kept, except for a bottle. I bought him a x-mas gift. It didn't work out in the end,sadly, I felt he was pushing farther away from me but then I found out, it was because he was moving and he didn't want it to hurt me. When he told me I didn't believe him because most of the time when a person said that to me, they don't move anyway. It didn't phase me til I came to school the next yr., I didn't see him. I couldn't believe it, it hurt twice as bad to find out that way/ But I will never forget him, compared to all the guys that came after him, no one compared to him. And to this day, I still have that pic. he drew for me ,I laminated it and put it 1st thing in my poem book. Even we haven't seen each other in yrs. I'll never forget him. And I wish him the best and hope he finds a good girl that treats him right.

Your first love, (if it has ended) you could only wish them the best in life and hope they find the right person, because at one point in time indeed you were in love this person and thought they were " officially "the one", but it didn't end that way. REMEMBER, FIRST of ANYTHING ALWAYS means something.
