i know its illegal but is there a way to get a video from a website burned onto a disc?
its not necessarily illegal. Its only illegal if the material is copyrighted.
Save the video to disk and then convert it to MP4 if it's not already and then you can burn it to the disk using WMP if you have the right plug in.
it depends. what kind of video is it?
