i need to loose around 10lbs.

do you think that eating a low-calorie (1300) diet and an hour of excersise will help??
Nope.
you need to do alot more then that. 1 pound is 3500 calories. inless you plan on walking 4 miles a day, drinking like atleast 12 bottles of water, other exercises, and eating very very healthy, then forget it.
its deff. possible to lose that much in a week. its possible to lose that much in 4 days. i know this, because i did it.
if you do exactly what i just said, then yeah, you'll lose a good amount of weight. i have a really fast metablism, so maybe it might take you a little longer. but yeah, you have to really keep on track, and do really well.
