Q: Hey. I'm 13, female. I was wondering, becuase I don't have any gym access, or really a place to run most times, how could i lose alot of weight, say 10, 15 pounds, by the first day of school?
Today is July 30. I need to lose this weight by September 4th.
How can I do it?!

You could run around the block every morning or night. Its really good for you to excersing (sp).
