Hey I'm not tamil but I've seen one of these things before.
You're the one who's causing stress to yourself. It's really nothing great to get your period. So what if she gets her period early? This means she gets those cramps, mood swings and PMS earlier than you too. It sucks. There's nothing to show off.
If she starts to show off in front of you, just say "ok good for you" and then faster walk away or switch to another topic. If she keeps harping on it, tell her that getting cramps earlier isn't exactly the kind of thing you'd brag bout.
The thing is just to ignore this type of people. Ah well , you'll learn. We'll always meet this type of people and in time to come, you'll be an expert at dealing with them.
