ok so as long as i can remmeber i have bitten my nails and now they are soooo small!!!! like i dont even know how i got them like that lol. and its a really bad habit. also i heard if i keep biting them i can get cancer is that true? and how can i stop biting my nails because its a habit from when i was like woo like 6 yrs old and i am 15! now lol

omfg i had the same problem
until my mom couldn't take it anymore
because she said it was annoying
her that i kept on biting my nails lol.
well she bought me this special
nail polish called "Stop the Bite"
and you put it on your nails and if
you bite them, they taste soo bad. literally
they taste like some nasty glue shit haha.
but really, it works. i never
bit my nails again. she bought it at CVS,
but you can get it at walmart or
target. hope this helps! ♥

oh, it's about 2 dollars. it's not that
expensive.
