Q: i feel so uncomfortable when i make out because my mouth gets veeerrrrryyyy dry, and my tongue feels really rough when this happens. like i have very little saliva in my mouth.
most of the time i do have saliva in my mouth, but its like really watery (not like kinda thick and almost mucus-y like, so it coats your tongue and makes it slippery. hopefully this makes sense)
i try to drink as much water as possible, but i think i still might be a little dehydrated. i am also on a swim team and my mouth is exposed to chlorine. i know that it can dry out skin, but what about your tongue? like my tongue always feels really rough after practice.
any ideas?

well i know your not gonna want like a bucnh of flavor and tsuff in your mouth when you makeout but try like juice or something cause the more water you drink it may make your body not dehydrated but it drys your tongue out.

Shenaye and im 16 years old.my life is'nt perfect but then again not alot of peoples are.i guess you can say i care about things way to much but i just like to say im sensitive. I'm very emotionally attached to people but I rather love then never know the feeling. I love giving people advice, I learn to listen to people's problem's more and more each day, My friends say I'm really good at it. It may not always be right but at least its something to fall back on if nothing else works right? anyways I've been through alot more in my life then alot of people can say they have: family,love,friends,abuse,drugs,suicicde attempts. and many more I dont like to really talk about it but I know its made me a way stronger person then I once was.
