good news...I can zip my prom dress up all the way since yesterday just by walking a mile and doing crunches everyday...
I'd like to lose six more pounds....do I just continue what I'm doing or do you have any suggestions..?
Also, I'm thinking about buying Trimspa....does it really work or is it a fad?
Trimspa is for people like anna nicole who would want to lose ALOT of wieght. It sounds like what you are doing is working really well so i would just keep it up.(Everyday add 5 more crunches to your workout)Hope i helped!!

well, I don't want to lose a lot of weight just for prom..maybe like ten pounds...and like, overall, I do want to drop at least 30-40 pounds. Thanks.
