how do i get my boyfriend to tuch me or even kiss me

He doesn't touch you or kiss you? That's rude.

Talk to him - Be like "Baby, kiss me." or you could just go in for it yourself. Maybe he'll realize it's okay to do that stuff. He could be just waiting for you. I don't know. Make the first move, and see if he starts from there.
