Q: I've always wondered how couples make their relationship last. How do 2 people stay together for 2 years & still be so happy with each other? I understand that it takes love but there's gotta be something else to it. So if anyone can share how they have made things last, I would really appreciate it.

Well, for me, it hasn't hit 2 years yet, but I think I can put some input in because the 18th of this month will be a year and a half with my boyfriend.
What makes a couple stay together is the love and trust, and the relationship itself between the two of you. Of course you'll experience plenty of fights, but you need them in a relationship. The fights are what makes your relationship stronger, because you know you can get through rough times together. It should take time to love someone. In my opinion, there is no such thing at love at first site. You must spend plenty of time and share plenty of experiences with one another and build your infatuation and "liking" to love. You eventually learn how to live with (not like in the same house, but like dealing with and learning about each other) your significant other, and that's what keeps you going.
