Ok a famous guy said that the secret to his perfect white clean baby skin is:
"My secret is that i don't use soap or cleansing cream to wash my face."
"When i was young, i got skin trouble aftering using soap. So afterwards i only use water to wash my face. So if you wash your face only with water, you can get a white, clean & baby skin like me."
Does that mean that he didn't use any acne medicatin and just washed his face with water?
So does that mean I can stop using acne medication from the doctor and just wash my face with water? (link)

If you have acne problems, then washing your face with just water isn't going to help.
Yes it is true that using water to wash your face is enough. But that applies only for those who has normal, non oily skin type, or at least for those who only has slightly oily face. Everyone has different skin types and you happen to have the oilier or perhaps the more unhealthy skin type. I would insist that you continue with your acne medication because it helps to restore your skin back to normal.
When it gets normal, then use water to wash your face. I really don't see a need to use facial foam or whatsoever. Everytime I use any facial foam , it makes me look like shit. Like I said, everyone's skin type is different. I'm sensitive to facial foams but others might depend on it to clear their blemishes.
SO if you're prescribed acne medication, stick to it. Wait till your face returns to normal before trying out the water method. Meanwhile, drink lots of WATER (this is very impt), have enough rest and eat lots of leafy vegetables and fruits. It'll speed up the process of clearing your acne.
