I really need to start taking my own advice.

i like my weight rite now, but my stomach isnt...muscle-y or tight...how do i get it to not be a lil flabby?? situps? crunches? HOW MANY??please&&thankyou

Cardio burns fat, if you want to lose flab, do cardio. Start about 3 times a week for 30 minutes, then go to four times for an hour and such. Also, crunches work when done right. Seventeen magazine, or online has many ways to keep your stomach tight. However, you have to be willing to keep up the exercise routine or else you'll never see any results.

Do about 50-100 crunches a night. Keep your feet flat on the floor about 6 inches away from your butt, hands behind your head, and back flat. Lift up your torso using your stomach muscles, it may help to put your feet under a couch or a bed to keep them down to make sure you're only using your stomach muscles. Inhale as you sit up, exhale on your way down, otherwise a pooch could start to form. Concentrate on doing them correctly and your breathing.
