i have a fever cold feet itchy soar throat and runny nose. what could i have? a cold or possiably the flu?

You have the potential of either sicknesses.
Go to the doctor & get checked out,
He'll prescribe you with a medication too.
It's your safest bet, for hardly any of us on Advicenators can give you an accurate answer for this. Just about all symptoms are similar in both illnesses.
