does anyone no what i could do to lose my legs but not my butt becasue everything i do to lose my legs i also lose my butt
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Get on all fours and lift one leg. Make sure it is straight. Do about 15-30. Depending on how fast you want to loose your legs and tighten your butt. Also in the same position, but with your leg bent face the bottom of your foot to the ceiling. In this excersize do little pulses up and down while keeping the bottom of your foot to the ceiling. Do about 50 of these on each leg. You should feel this in the lower thigh of the opposite leg. Get those glutes in shape and make your thighs smaller and more muscular! Yay!
