Okay, well lets start off with this -- I'm 13 years old, and I'm a girl. I really have a passion for dancing. I've been doing lessons since I was 4.

I sort of have a problem though. When we learn new steps for a song in my dance class, we go over them a few times but I dont seem to understand how to do them at first or I remember the beginning and forget the rest! I practice at home but it makes no difference. It takes me a bit to get the dance steps down, when everyone else in the class is able to do it.

Once I have it, however, I can do the dance really well. I just wish I could learn the dance steps at a quicker pace -- I really am willing to work for this. How can I learn the moves and remember them within a few tries? It usually takes me about 10 times, and mostly everyone else can get it down in about 4-5 times.

Thanks in advance. (link)
As you're dancing, keep in mind the next dance step. Like for eg, if you're suppose to turn and then bend, while you're turning, tell yourself that the next move is to bend, and as you bend, think of the next move and so on and so forth.
