Does anyone have any tips on how to stop cutting?
well it's hard to stop, because when you cut, it releases chemicals to relax you. but anywayz, try putting a rubberband on your wrists. you can get all different colors so it doesn't look odd. then everytime you feel the urge to cut or you start getting depressed, or are around the things that usually trigger your cutting,snap the rubber band until the urge passes. don't hurt yourself with the rubber band, but snap it enough so you get brought out of the trigger. hope this helps, and if there is anything else i can help you with, just let me know:)
