I need a new style for HS.. and I'm not sure where I can get cheap brand name clothes like hollister and shit

Brand Name clothes arnt everything. Just because your in highschool Doenst mean you have to change your entire style of clothing.

But to answer your question you can try.

The outlets most of the time you can find them downtown. Or you can try oldnavy. They have good clothing and alot of their clothing is not that expensive.
