You could wear Hollister, but it could be totally unflattering to your body. Find styles that work for you, and highlight you positives. Then go from there, don't just go after stuff thats designer, or else you'll end up looking just like everyone else, thats not what style is at all.
Try mixing and matching fun patterns, layering, adding your own spin to your outfits. Try adding some cute shoes instead of the classic Old Navy flip flops. The outlets most of the time you can find them downtown. Or you can try oldnavy. They have good clothing and alot of their clothing is not that expensive.
