Is there any type of site where I can download paint shop for free ? Because id really like to edit my pictures for myspace nicely. You know how some peoples pictures on myspace ; they have a white fade type frame around the outside of the picture & they can also change the color to like purple or something. But just certain parts of it. I tried to google it but nothing came up. So if you can send me a site to where I can download it for free just to do that sorta stuff id really appreciate it. But if you cant download it for free do you know any other sites that i can download for free & do that same stuff ? Thanks in advance (link)

For free, you should go with either Gimp or gimpshop. The gimp can be found at www.gimp.org.
