On July 24, I had a procedure where I was put to sleep for over 5 hours. Since then, I have not had my period. I am now about two weeks late. I am a virgin so there is no way I could be pregnant. Does anyone know if this could be a side effect of anesthesia?

According to the side effects on that website there is nothing stating that you might miss a period. Every girl can miss a period tho and yo period may just be irregular. I would wait and see if you start it and if you miss next months period then maybe you should see your family doctor but till then i think you should be fine.
