Hi I was wondering if you can use Palmer's Cocoa Butter Massage Cream for Stretchmarks even if you're not pregnant. And also is it safe to use anywhere on your body where stretchmarks have occured? Thanksss :]

Won't hurt you one bit. Palmer's writes on the label for pregnant women because that is most often when stretch marks occur on women. BUT they forget about all us ppl that regularly arent a size 1. But I still got to give them props cuz that is the best product I have ever used. And to answer your other question about putting it anywhere...from top to bottom :)
