ok so i have 26days to tone my legs or lose weight in my legs
i was wondering if like an hour of riding my exercise bike on the hardest setting would have any improvment???

hey. not only biking on the hardest setting but you can try it on a lower setting and going for longer, it will help you work out your legs for longer, which will get them more toned.
Also I do a lot of jump training...it helps you to jump higher but it keeps my legs toned. Just do little jumps. 100-200 a day is a good number to start. Nothing big...just short little jumps over and over. And try just jumping with your legs, try not to use your arms.
