I have this problem with guys not looking at my face. there always looking at my but or chest you have to practically yell at them to get there attetion. I neeed help of how to get them to notice my face . (link)

Let me set the record straight. Us guys rarely ever look people in the face. Especially when we are talking to people, we rarely look at their face. We can carry on conversations with people w/o ever looking at them. If it appears that we are looking at someone's face then chances are we are staring behind them. Your butt or chest are just nicer to look at then just staring into space but we are not always looking at them. Falsely accusing isnt good either cause then we just do it for the sake of doing it at that point.
There is really no way to stop it.
