i am a 34c and i am 13 years old. 5 feet tall . and way around 107 . personally i tihnk that it to big and all the guys stare at them . i mean i know that i am pretty . i`m not conceited but i`m honest . i want guys to look at my face more . and i do wear revealing shirts . yeah lol but i`m starting to cover up more and realizing that more guys like me for my face lol . any ideas on how to get them to notice my face more instead of my breasts? thanks a bunch (link)

Start looking for someone of the geeky crowd, or who is just around the cool crowd but not nessisarily in it. Thats your best odds. Fact : most guys are pigs. Fact: you look at your chest more than guys do. Opinion: looking at someones face is awkward when talking to them.
