I will turn 15 this month, and I will test for my driving permit. What does the permit test in Texas consist of? Is there an actual driving part or is it just written? And will I have to take the test again in a year when I get my license? Thank you.

Anyways, The test consits of Passing an eye exam & Passing a traffic laws and road signs test. (If you fail the test, you must wait one week before taking it again. This will give you time to study). Different states require you to take the road signs test again upon obtaining your driver license. Go to this website, You'll find it quite helpful! It's the actual test that you'll be given.
