Okay I've been doing crunches a lot to work on my stomach area but I jsut noticed that like if i look down at my stomache the uppers sides(like under my chest) go in, and the middle sticks out more down below. Is that bad? or does it mean i'm working my upper abs more than my lower?
Helpp i'm kidna freaking out.

actually, i have the same problem. it's nothing to worry about though, loosing your lower stomach is a lot harder than loosing the upper portion. try to vary the type of crunches you do and see which works that certain area the most. make sure you eat alot of dairy products too (and i dont mean ice cream and chocolate) it helps trim down your stomach, especially around your waist. hope i helped =]
