Is it better for a guy to have a circumsised penis or non circumsised penis?

What is the difference?

and how do they benifit from a circumsised penis?

I say a circumsised penis is better, having dealt with both at one time or another, sex wise, it is better. But most people get circumsised because it is cleaner. A non circumsised penis is harder to clean in the sense that you have to pull the meat back to clean it, and even then, you dont end up removing all the bacteria.
