Scrub your underwear/panties real hard.
Make sure you are really dry down there before you wear your undies.
Change your undies regularly, twice a day if possible .
Clean every nook and cranny of your area.
Dun over clean it with soap cos there's a certain ph to be maintained down there(this applies if you are a girl)
