If you aren't hurt over this, meaning still thinking about it all the time and crying over it, then I would say it isn't a big deal.
It probably wasn't anything about you that was a reason for the break up, he was just being a young boy. People break up after first kissing and after first sexual experiences, it is just a relationship that wasn't going to work out.
That kind of question can only be defined situationally. It is your situation, so what you think is what it is. If you are not bothered or hurt by it anymore, then I wouldn't waste too much time wondering about it. What happens in your relationships are your business and no one else's.
