about

Hiya! My name is Chi-Chi, and I'm really easy and good at talking to and making new friends. School means everythig to me because I hope to make it BIG! I Love GOD (yep...I'm a Catholic-Christian and proud of it!) and shopping at Abercrombie&Fitch, Hollister, Delia's, Urban Outfitters, American Eagle, Forever 21, H&M, Nordstrom, etc. just makes my day :) I'm exciting and crazy and act wacky at most times, but hey-I don't like to be boring. I'm also super random :) Having a good time is my specialty, and I enjoy cheering people up. I would say that I give good advice as well as many other people on this site. If you have any questions at all, feel free to ask and I'll answer ASAP. I really do love when I get messages in my inbox because I feel that I am up to the job to answer your question the best way possible. Well...enjoy my site, and make sure to tell others about it. I'm outty. PEACE.

advice

hello there.. okay so i run track for my school. and the pratcices are pretty hard. im really atletic but it still takes alot out of me to run so much.. especially when we run like a 2mile run about 2 or 3 times. i usually am like ready to passout. by the time i get home - im ready to take a nap. and i know that i cant because my homework isnt gonna finish itself. usually i cant consintrate though.. im so sore & tired and everything. dont say try stretching before and after running - i already do it and it doesnt help. and dont say dropping track - thats not an option. i need to get/stay in shape. my musclues (sp.) seem to tense up and i am like so sore. i know im kinda asking 2 questions so im sorry. but is there anyway that i wont be as sore..? like anything i can do? AND - what should i do about not being able to concentrate on schoolwork? thankyouu♥ i rate high if you actually give it thought :]

I think that when you get home after track practice, you should take a long hot shower. It will make you more relaxed and will make your sores and muscles less tense. I'm glad at the fact that you love track so much, but you don't want to get the pains and bruises in the way of getting your work done-like you said. I pretty much think that the hot shower will relieve your pain, but you could also take a quick nap before doing your homework if you have the time. Also, maybe if you have extra time like on the weekends or whenever track practice isn't going on, you could treat yourself to a spa. The messages and pampering will relieve your stress and pain. I'm not saying go to the spa everyday because that will cost too much money, but just once in a while is good. I hope I helped!
