helllloooooooooo!! i got bored one day and my friend had told me about this site so i thought i should sign up!! so here i am full to bursting with advice for stuff!

ok so this is like my 5th period and i've never had cramps really bad. today im having really bad cramps. whats the best thing to do, to stop the pain? its unbarable!

yea i know how yea feel and i hate it when cramps get that bad. what i do since i never feel like taking some kinda medicine is find a position on my bed where the cramps dont hurt and then stay there. theres always a position where theres no pain and when you find it...its awesome lol
