so does anybody know where i can make my own layouts? like.. i don't mean just colors, i mean like nice pictures and stuff.
also, does anyone know what program i could use to make banners for people.

anything would help, and i'll be sure to rate you well. thanks in advance

www.jasc.com/products/paintshoppro/ that's usually what people use to make their layouts, grafics.. banners etc. it's really sweet but it's expencive
