Q: what kind of medicine helps sore throat, and coughs, and runny nose

Well, the normal Dayquil & Nightquil can help with the cold all together..But the sore throat and coughs can be helped with Friut Breezer Cough Drops(they taste sooooo good) or things with Vitamin C or Zinc in it..orange juice?
