Ok well..there is this kid i really like that is in my grade, i am in 8th. He doesnt know that i like him and i dont know if i should tell him. We are pretty close friends but i dont know what he would think if i ever told him i liked him. but another problem is is that 2 of my friends like him too. but they like him for different reasons. i like him because he is nice to me but they like him because mostly his look and from past relationships. i never dated him before. i really need some help. sorry this is long.

Please!!!!! help. I am a 13 year old girl. I am pretty small (5 ft, 87 pounds). I want to know when I will get my period. I have had pubic and armpit hair for like a couple years and I have had discharge for probably a year. I feel so left out because all my friends have had there period and I have heard that your breasts get bigger when you get your period. WHAT ARE OTHER SIGNS OF WHEN I WILL GET MY PERIOD BESIDES THE BASIC ONES! I am so insecure at this stage of my life and I do not know what to do!! HELP! Thanks
hey girl. im 12 and i already have my period. i got it when i was 11. weird right? yea. so i had NO IDEA i was gonna get it. my doctor had told me i wouldnt get it until i was 12 or 13, but obviousy he was wrong. well i guess you never really know. make sure you always have a pad with you. even though ive had my period alot of times, i still am nottttt comfortable wearing a tampon. i also have really big breasts and im not embarassed. they happened after my period. but the thing is, dont be insucure. it doesnt matter when you get your period. i only know about 3 people who have it so dont feel bad. i guess thats all i can say! xoxo
I don't know why I've suddenly thought of this, but here it goes. My dog, Lucky, is really old.. around 16 or 17. He's a small dog, and is doing well for his age, but he is really old and getting slow. It started occuring to all of us that he's going to die pretty soon, probably within a year. I don't know how I'm going to react when that happens, but as they say, that's life.
My question is, if any of you have had a dog die naturally, or by being put to sleep, who took care of the remains? I know it's a crazy question, but does the vet have someone take on that responsibility?

I have had one dog put to sleep before. He was 13 and was also getting old and slow. Eventually we had to put him out of his misery and put him to sleep. It is very sad and i really hope that you shouldn't have to do it. As for the remains, you can have your dog cremated, or you can just bring him to vet and he takes care of it. When you have to put your dog to sleep, you can either watch, not watch, or just drop him off and don't come back for him. It is very hard to talk about. :-(

I have my big winter dance coming up on February 3rd. I am a 15 year old female, 5'5 and 163 pounds. I desperatly need to lose weight. Here are my problems:
-I love to eat
-I eat wayy too much
-I don't have enough time to excersize a lot
-I drink 1-2 sodas a day
I have 45 days to get into shape. I'd like to lose 30-40 pounds.
Here's what I'm looking for:
-Pills
-Drinks
-Powders
that speed up matabalism or just make me lose weight all together.
Most of you will say, "Don't use those things, just excercise and eat right." Yeah well being heavy runs in my family and I've tried the excercise and eat right thing and I'm just not getting the results I want.
What I'm looking for from you:
- Specific brands of pills, drinks, or powders
- Maybe even different types of excersies

so i don't think that you should go to big on this weight loss thing becasue somtitimes it can get really out of hand. You may become anorexic(when you basicly starve you self and you could die)which is not good. If you want to still be in good shape however, that is good to. Every day you should do at lest 30 situps, it is good for your abbs, and it helps you get stronger as well. Also, ask your mom to use some of her weights (if she has any)! go jogging with some friends at least twice a week!! As for the pills and stuff, they really never work. I wouldn't try them becasue some of them could really damage your health. :-)

Okay, so I'm a cheerleader. For practice one day, I let one of my friends whos in a grade lower than me, borrow one of my shirts. My favorite american eagle shirt. She wore it to cheerleading, then brought it home to wash it. She didn't bring it in until like a week later and she put it in her locker. Something spilled in her locker and got all over my shirt. So she had to bring it home and wash it again. Then today, she wore it to school! I was so mad. I've mentioned to her a few times that I'd like the shirt back, but I haven't gotten it.
Should I be mad at her? How else can I hint to her that I want it back?

Well, I do think that you have the right to be mad at your friend, but she really shood give your shirt back to you!!! To tell her that you want it back, camly explain to your friend that the american eagle shirt is one of your favorite shirts and you would really like to have it back. If she says that she will bring it to you the next day, but dosen't, tell her again that you really really wan't your shirt back and the next time your friend asks to borrow clothing that you will be less open to let her borrow your clothes. If she still dosen't give you your shirt, the next time you go over her house, ask her for the shirt, that way, she will have to hand it over to you right then and there! ;-)

Hmm.. This is pretty hard.. Well you could just be your self around him! If you act all flirty he might get anoyyed. If your friend took your crush on purpose try talking with it her about it. let her no how you feel. Maybe your friend could even invite you over to her house with your crush so you could get to no each other better. And even though your friend and your crush are together, you can still be friends with your him!Eventually you will probably find another crush to well, crush on! lol.

Hmm.. That is a tough one...well your teacher might not be trying to be mean,she might not even know that she is! If she yells at you for certain things try to find out what she dosen't like about what your doing and try to stop. If it gets really out of hand, maybe you could even talk to her. You could say "Mrs.- have i been doing something wrong? Because You have been yelling at me a lot lately.". If you are to scared to go face to face with your teacher then you could tell your mom to have a chat with her. I hope your mean teacher sitch gets worked out okay!!!

What I did was I went to Column settings and where it say approved public styles, I chose the one I liked best. Then I went down to the colors and i looked at the colors that they show you chose, my favorites, and typed the code for that color in the boxes. When I finished. I hit submit. You may have to play around with colors a little.

Just to tell you if people just say "your Fat!" up to your face that is really rude! You could tell them that you are not fat but you just have a bigger body than other girls ( only do this if nothing else is working because it might make things worse). Also if you keep thinking you are fat then you will end up really depressed and you will be even more open to people who make fun of you. When people tease you, try to act like you don't care. Then they will eventually stop. If you want, you could even try lifting some of your parent's weights! Or strech for at least 15-20 minutes a day. If the teasing gets really out of hand, be sure to tell your teacher or an adult because no one wants to feel like they are ugly or fat.

If you are bored try playing outside and getting some fresh air! Call a friend up and you could play! if you have siblings you could even play with them. roller skate, bike, scooter, anything outside could last hours. if you like too draw or write do that! try to think of some sort of hobby. something that your good at and like to do. I mean you can't be bored all the time!

Try asking your parents if you could do more chores for more money. they might not give it too you if you just ask. I mean I wouldn't give you money if you just said "give me money!" If that dosent work try making a yard sale out of your old stuff. I did that once and it worked out pretty well!

You do not have to wear certain stuff to be "cool".I mean if you like that kind of stuff that is ok but no one if forcing you to be "cool". Personaly I think it is not cool at all if you are trying to be "cool" by wearing a certain style or a certain brand that your all friends are wearing. Sometimes it's good to stand out from the croud a little and be a bit different. I think everybody has their own idea of "cool" so express yours! Hope you take my advice!

If it bugs u so much, you should talk to your friend and ask her why she is doing this! Or if you start to always tell this friend that she is your best friend she might feel bad and tell you what is going on. Ok, I love animals. Right now I have 2 dogs, one outside and one inside. We also sort of have a cat, but really it just eats our cat food. Haha..anyway..I want to get a cat. Yesterday I went to the SPCA for a science fair project, and I just fell in love with this little white kitten. It is 80 dollars and I have the money, but the problem is my dad. Everyone else in the family is OK. I just need some things I could say to my dad to convince him! Thank you!
What I would do is tell dad that you are willing to love it, take care of it, and even pay for it. That way, your dad would know that after a few days, you wouldn't abandon the cute kitten! He also might be glad that he is not the one paying for it. But whatever you do, DO NOT beg. Begging get parents annoyed and your dad will just yell at you or say no(believe me, I know). You could also bring up how good you are taking care of your dogs! If he is still very stuborn, and he still says no, keep your hopes up. maybe later on he will let you have what you want! I think that you should tell him/her that you are not teachers pet. If you don't want to, you could give him/her some sort of hint like: Why dose so and so always give so much homework? Something that assures him that your not in LOVE with your teacher. eventualy he/she will get it and leave you alone. Take my advice!
