So i'm in highschool right now. And a freshman. I'm here with..i guess you can say..my best friend(K). So we met new people and stuff and all that. "K" met this one girl who i thought was really nice and cool(B). *K* gave me "B"'s screen name. So i decided to talk to her a little bit.
I have this thing on my phone where if i'm not online, they can still IM me. So "B" IM's me and shes all like "Hey" and i'm like "who is this" and shes like "its B" and im like ohh hey wuts up?! and then she just started being rude! I was just simply talking to her and all of a sudden shes like "who is this?" and i didn't respond because i was on my cell phone. So then she kept on sending me messages and shes like "WHO IS THIS!" "HELLO..I ASKED YOU A QUESTION..YOU KNOW WHAT..NEVER MIND!" and i was like "It's A.." and she's like "I SAID NEVER MIND!" . And i was like..um okay. And then she said "i have to go". and i didn't respond(i was still on the phone). and then shes like HELLO! and i was like..i thought you had to go..and shes like oh fine be that way. bye! and i didn't say anything. At first i thought it was her little sister. But i still don't know.
So then i called my best friend and shes like "ohh..why would she do that?" and i was like "i don't know its not like i did anything to her..you better talk to her 2morrow" and so we hung up. BUT MY BEST FRIEND DIDN'T TALK TO HER THE DAY AFTER.(They have 1st period p.e). And my best friend and "B" act like it didn't happen!
So three days ago, we went to some stupid thing for extra credit. At first, it was me and my best friend. Then. As soon as i was getting in the car,i notice "B" in the back! I was like"heyyyy..".. and at first i was trying to be all like nothing happened.. but then it got to me. i was sitting then next to the right side of me was "B" and then next to "B" was my best friend. I was all making jokes and stuff. Then i just decided to watch the thing. Then my best friend started making all these jokes and making "B" laugh. I was just sitting there being ignored by both. And when my best friend said something funny, and i didn't hear it, she would ask "B" to tell me and then "B" was just like..i'll tell her later. And i was like..wtf..in my mind. Trust me, i got sooo fuckin bored while i was watching the thing and you just kept on hearing these 2 girls next to me laughing and shit. It's not like my best friend made an effort into talking to me that night and plus..she didn't tell me "B" was comming. I mean, i know i shouldn't be mad because of that, but she just keeps on acting like im okay with the girl. When im really not.
So anyways, yesterday, my best friend's parents were leaving to go to some casino thing. And shes like "I don't want to stay here all alone..im scared!!" and i was like "ohhhh that sucks". and shes like "I tried to call "B" and everyone else..but they were all busy." And i thought she was going to invite me, BUT SHE DIDN'T! She was just like " i don't want to invite anyone else.!" ..i was like..umm..hello!?!
Oh my god this is like fucking eating me apart. What should i do? It's so stupid. I know i should get over it, but i can't! Please tell me what to do!
You really have to talk to your friend. It's obviously not getting through to her that you don't like 'B'. Tell her that it really bothers you when she leaves you out to talk to her and when she invites 'B' and doesn't even tell you when she knows that you don't like 'B'. Tell her that you feel like you are growing apart because of that girl. I am sure she will then realize how she has been treating you. Good luck with everything.
