Every time I wake up, my throat is really really dry and kind of hurts [in an annoying way] and I can't figure out if maybe i didn't drink enough water before I went to bed? It didnt start till a week or so ago. I think it might have something to do with the temperature or something? Does anyone know and if so, how to make it not dry?
That happens to me. You probably are sleeping with your mouth open.
