okay..lately i have been into cutting and i have been for awhile but lately i have been a lot and i can't help it,it's helping me feel better but it's hard to hide it because i don't want anyone to know so i was woundering if anyone's know's what else i could do..i've tried writting and using rubber bands upon my wrist but that didn't work that well (link)
Oh, cutting is addiction. I had that for a month, and quit because, well, the alcoholic stinging wore off.


Here's what you do:
Wake up when it's light, but before the sun's rizen.
Go out, and make sure to dress warmly.
Breathe in the cold, almost cutting air.
Feel the wind.

It sounds corny, but hey, it works. The air makes you feel better about yourself. It hurts abit, because it's COLD AIR, but it don't hurt your body as much. No one's up that early, so you can cry if you want to.
