There's this guy from work, and I'm pretty sure he likes me and/or is somewhat attracted to me... we're going to go and see The Corpse Bride about two weeks from now.. and he kissed me.. I just want to know how I can make this not just a 'friends with benefits' type of thing. How do I get him to officially ask me out, or tell me his feelings for me (whatever the heck they are..)?

That's tough. You need to know what he's thinking first. Find out if he likes any other girls, is dating other girls, or kisses other girls while being with you. If you are the only guy he's seeing, then more likely than not, he will want a real relationship and none of the friends with benefits nonsense. I know that from experience and seeing it all the time. You should talk to him to see how he feels about you two if it seems like he's not going to any time soon. If thats too hard, get a friend or someone to ask him what he thinks. And if its too hard to say it in person, do it online, at least you'll know the truth. Good luck with that!
