advice
ok well lately i have been trying to loose weight and i try to eat less. i exersice more than i used to. and ever since i have been eating less i have gotten less hungry at all meals and hours of the day. i dont know if thats a sign of anorexia but its sorta scaring me. my mom trys to help but i tell her i'm fine and i dont need anything. i am also getting sick more often..? my mom knows i'm going on a diet but every time she mentions it i tell her i'm not. everyones worried about me but i'm fine and i wanna loose the weight. what do i do?

okay. you're anorexic if you're intentionally starving yourself. yes; TRYING to starve yourself. are you doing that? i can't exactly tell by your post. but anyways; eating disorders are very serious.. i would know; i have them. if you're trying to loose weight; that's great. but do it in a healthy way. try getting a nutritionist. or just see your doctor for a healthy diet. because nutritionist can be sort of expensive. you're probably depriving your body of nutrients you need.. hence you getting sick. you may be anemic; which means low red or white blood cell count.. in your case.. white blood cell count. this means your immune system isn't as strong as it should be.. so go to your doctor and ask for a bloodtest. even though he'll probably recommend one.
