ok well i had my period.. 2nd time now.. and i dont know.. like how many times a day should i change my pad/ tampond?? or like my mom never had the talk with me so idk what to expect

♥ Hey girly, It sorta depends on your flow. For a tampon change it every 4-6 hours. Some you can keep in up to 8 hours. I think its the same with pads. But dont wait to long with pads because it can get gross =/ && dont wait to long eother with tampons because you could get TSS. BUt I w*ouldnt worry. Thats verrrry rare. Hope I helped!
